Course Objectives: 

To equip the students with standard concepts and tools at an intermediate to advanced level mathematics to develop the confidence and ability among the students to handle various real-world problems and their applications.

Course Outcomes: 

At the end of the course, the student will be able to 

  1. CO1: Develop and use of matrix algebra techniques that are needed by engineers for practical applications.
  2. CO2: Utilize mean value theorems to real life problems. 
  3. CO3: Familiarize with functions of several variables which is useful in optimization. 
  4. CO4: Learn important tools of calculus in higher dimensions. 
  5. CO5: Familiarize with double and triple integrals of functions of several variables in two dimensions using Carte

This course is designed for Computer Science Under Graduates and related branches.

This course Linear Algebra and Numerical Methods is common to all branches offered in first year second semester. 

This course is offered to CSE and ICP branches in II Semester

  1. This assignment I is for EEE branch students which will be open from 19-03-21 9:00 A.M. to 22-03-21 9:00 A.M.
  2. Each student is allowed only one attempt. You may review the questions and answers many times before you click finish and submit. IMPORTANT if you submit by mistake your chance for the attempt is closed.
  3. You need to write your answers on a4 size paper and on each page put your roll no and question no.
  4. You can take photo of your hand written answers (question wise) and keep them on the desktop (four files q1.jpg, q2.jpg, q3.jpg and q4.jpg).
  5. Open you quiz (Assignment) and upload your answers question wise.
  6. Review the answers repeatedly and click FINISH and SUBMIT.
  7. Keep your HAND WRITTEN ANSWERS as a record which you may have to submit in case your online submission is not successful.
